By selecting Find Your Legislator, then Search By Your Address, you will be taken to Openstates.org Here, you can select by your address or by State in the top drop down menu at the top of the page. If you create an account, you can track specific bills. Not entirely sure if you can do the same for legislators. However, you can see voting info by representative on their individual pages.
