The Infinite Pit for Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door - Turns the game into an endless roguelike inside the Pit of 100 Infinite Trials. It's even better than it sounds and I've put more time into it than I care to admit, highly recommend giving it a try!
Chaos Mod V for Grand Theft Auto V - You don't know fun until you've gotten high off your tits and streamed some GTA Chaos for your friends in Discord. There's also one for San Andreas that's really good. If you just want dumb fun, definitely try a GTA chaos mod.
Stardew Valley Expanded adds a whole ton of content to the already fairly packed Stardew Valley game; new locations, new NPCs and other goodies that feel very well integrated with the main game.
