  • ah i understand now, thats the expected behavior of the stroke, you are setting a stroke with a set value and it will keep that, transforming doesnt affect it nor it should, though now i am usure if flattening the layer will help in your case. if you want a more pixelated outline there is this plugin you might try https://github.com/sGaps/pixel-borders
