also you fail to understand the point of my argument it seems. what i meant is ai is an tool. is not a theft machine. ai doesnt crawl public images and mash together together. every picture or every answer is uniquely instantiated. for example: https://thispersondoesnotexist.com those people do not exist copyright free. all images are unique. there are no copyrights needed for associations/inspirations. every pixel is generated based on the prompt. again ai is the hammer and the prompter is carpenter. ai does not copy paste. it only does what the prompter say. if want to generate a picture that looks similar to a copyrighted picture than it still is not copied. it is generated and the odds that the art is 100 % accurate is very very unlikely. the keypoint is that it does not take existing images an places them into the result. it generates a completely new image inspired by a collection of images. NOT JUST ONE. ai being a theft machine is just utter bullshit
