  • I have found a similar issue reported on GitHub and also in Chromium bugtracker however with no solution how to fix this.

  • Unfortunately the flags you suggested didn't help. But thanks to your suggestion from the previous reply ("The issue probably depends on the compositor you're using."), I searched for some Gnome specific issues and found this one, which mentions --in-process-gpu flag. This flag seems to fix the issues I had :)
