The image format expected by the Ender-3 V2 Neo appears to be different than most models. The matching format is generated by Creality’s slicer (which is an old version of Cura) or with Cura 5 if you use my https://github.com/KenHuffman/UltimakerCuraScripts plugin.

If you use OctoPrint, the version just released (1.0.2) of its Slicer Thumbnails plugin supports displaying those thumbnails as well. Upgrade if you use that plugin. Its a great plugin.
