You really don't want to use your own user account, just use an invite =) If you don't want to understand how it works, just use that awesome python lib, run cli.py and authorise. You will find everything you'll need in settings.ini. If you are a smart guy, you can call client.start_phone_number_auth('+7123467890'), receive the sms code and then call client.complete_phone_number_auth('+7123467890', '1234'). You will receive auth token in result['auth_token'], user_id in result['user_profile']['user_id']. Response header CH-DeviceId contains user_device_id. You wil use them like that:
