I'm not in China, but I can advise you that since October 3, 2022, there has been Large scale blocking of TLS-based censorship circumvention tools in China. You might consider an alternative to VMess+WS+TLS such as VLESS-XTLS-Vision or (when it eventually comes out) REALITY. Sample configs are on GitHub.
