Code Coverage Tool for a precompiled C++ application

  OpenCppCoverage is an open source code coverage tool for C++ under Windows.

Essentially, I'm looking for a tool like OpenCppCoverage, but with the possibility to exclude arbitrary chunks of code, or, at least, specific functions. An example of this functionality can be found in this other tool, CPPCoverage, which lets you enclose chunks of code between specific lines, so that they are ignored. More concretely, in the following way:
