You should be able to use the ender 3 firmware from butt, https://github.com/bigtreetech/BIGTREETECH-SKR-mini-E3/tree/master/firmware/V3.0/Marlin The one marked as probe homing has the 2 z min wires plugged into the z endstop and the the one that is not Z probe homing has all plugged into the probe port.
