Converting project to multi-pin

Honestly, I don't know. I don't have either MCU. What I do know is that ESP32 code you linked has nothing to do with what happens on the ESP8266. For that MCU you want to be looking in the ESP8266 folder.

I had the bright idea of searching on github, and found this. Maybe try some of those pins?

So that didn't work. I uninstalled the FastLED library, installed the library from https://github.com/samguyer/FastLED that has the "experimental parallel driver" code, that still didn't make a difference, still only lights from pin 15 and nothing from pin 12, 13, or 14 (I've switched it around and recompiled). I went back to the real FastLED library.

All that aside, I tweaked the DemoReel100 https://github.com/withanhdammit/DemoReel100/blob/main/DemoReel100.ino and one strip did not work. So then I started looking closer at the wiring and discovered a small reversal in two wires.
