  • plover

    Open source stenotype engine

  • Interesting, there is a r/stenography (both manual, as well as machine stenography [including posts about plover])... By comparison with the tracker and the project's page on GitHub, both seem to be about one (though different) development version 4.0.0.

  • plover_german

    German Stenotype system for Plover

  • Apparently, work for a plugin for German once begun (one has to advance a bit in the compiled list of supported languages), yet seems dormant (the GitHub repository). Maybe the maintainer can provide an information if the coverage once was complete, but now no longer is. Because for one, there is the red dot in Plover's compilation; and for two, many of the releases state version 4.0.0 could break the configuration file of previous plover version 3.
