The ChatGPT is the chat part, but there's an underlying toolset which can be used (https://openai.com/api/) and isn't the black box. And this is where my suggestions come in. ChatGPT demonstrates what is possible in the field of chat, but if you start combining it with specialized tools (eg MathCAD) the world will look a lot different.
