Need some help converting ICS to org-agenda

I've been trying to use the awk script from here with a calendar file that has all of my meetings this year, but whenever I run the script, using awk -f ical2org.awk < input.ics> converted.org I only get the first meeting to be converted, not all of them. Does anyone know what's the error? Happy to share the ICS file if you dm, or please direct me to another subreddit that would know better.
