InfluxDB

Depends on your media playing set up. For example I have a Philips TV which I control via mqtt using pylips (https://github.com/eslavnov/pylips) and can control my sky q box using sky q media player (https://github.com/RogerSelwyn/Home_Assistant_SkyQ_MediaPlayer) so it should be simple to combine these two to turn the TV on and to a channel, you could query something like https://www.live-footballontv.com/ to get the channel information to know which channel to change it to.
