Real Debrid. There's stuff like [rdt-client](https://github.com/rogerfar/rdt-client if you want an old school feel.
I used this guide to make a docker compose with qbittorrent bound through openvpn. I've had no issues with speed.
Same here! I did recently switch to using Syncler for just my day to day streaming and for friends and family, I am using plex-debrid which has been working great.
