I used Jarolift_MQTT to build a controller for my jarolift shutters that I could control from homeassistant. The controller utilizes a Wemos D1 mini microcontroller and a CC1101 transceiver module.
An old raspberry pi 1B was used as a dedicated server for Pi-Somfy which allows me to remote control my awning from homeassistant.
