SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
I do rather a lot of messing with Firefox profiles. The Windows Easy-Install Distribution when running with a Firefox browser will apply the defaults described by arkenfox/user.js in addition to proxy settings, I2P domain allowlisting, and installing the NoScript and I2PIPB extensions. I2PIPB is strictly optional but I think it offers quality-of-life improvements in the form of adding I2P specific components to the browser UI.
There's also a freestanding I2P Firefox profile manager that does the same thing without managing your I2P session and does not require the easy-install, https://github.com/eyedeekay/i2p.plugins.firefox.
