I managed to get MO2 installed and working but there were significant issues with skse plugins and it was unsuitable for mod tools. If you have <300 mods and/or few skse plugins and few personal changes to make then Steam Tinker Launch is a good option for installing MO2.

I just made a Linux native mod manager. It’s pretty basic and doesn’t support fomods but it will do better than manual as far as making uninstalling or experimenting with different mods easy. AMMO
