This looks to be OctoPrint running with the Bed Level Visualizer plugin.
It can really be a game changer with remote monitoring and control, automatic spaghetti detection and pausing, integration with smart plugs to turn on/off the printer, Cura integration, the ability to exclude a region when one piece of a multipiece print fails, get texted when a print completes, and so much more. I have a Raspberry Pi for each of my printers just running OctoPi and I could never go back (although with Pis being so hard to find, I think getting an Android phone to use instead is probably a more economical option now).
