It probably has to do with the "HTTPS only mode" setting. If you have it set to "Enable in all tabs" and the webpage you're visiting doesn't have a valid SSL cert or has an expired one then the webpage won't load. But if that isn't the issue then uninstall Mull Browser and try either downloading it from GitHubdownloading it from Github or download FFupdater from F-Droiddownload FFUpdater from F-droid and use that to download and install Mull. I recommend FFupdater but it's up to you.

I would not use mull browser. I haven't gotten around in making a PSA. But the source code comes from 1 person in Russia. this is source code of mull, and the pg states its a fork of relan and if you click on relan's name you will see he is based in Russia. So one person is responsible for mull and another person is responsible for the back end. During this time of genocide of the Ukrainian people its my choice to not support anything with the word Russia. Each to their own.

user.js
Firefox privacy, security and anti-tracking: a comprehensive user.js template for configuration and hardening
Although I don't have issues with quora on Mull, you might need to learn a bit about its settings. It's based on arkenfox configurations: https://github.com/arkenfox/user.js/blob/master/user.js and it has stricter connections' settings (search for Section 1200 in the link) than Firefox default. There might be some issues with your device/network that fail these requirements but not at Firefox'.
