Hey! thanks for sharing my project! You can use https://github.com/cloneofsimo/lora/blob/master/scripts/run_inference.ipynb this notebook to get above results. You can also use LoRA on other models as well, and it will keep the object properties. For example, below examples are LoRA of Kiriko (trained on sd1.5) onto anything v3.
There's this extension for dynamically loading LoRAs. Most commonly people have been training them using this and PowerShell scripts. Not exactly ideal but use of LoRAs has taken off and I'm sure there will be at least a better extension in the future or hopefully even direct integration.

I would recommend using https://github.com/huggingface/diffusers especially if you are not a fan of UI (I'm not). They have quite good documentation in form of jupyter notebooks and you can be sure that there will be support and updates in the future - in contrary to many github repos that are trendy today. I don't think they implemented LORA yet, but it will probably come in few days/weeks. But there are already many SD features...
Well, actually it is https://github.com/adobe-research/custom-diffusion. It's Adobe, so this is probably only once in the lifetime :P
