It might be pretty easy to incorporate these new models coming out, like GPT-J, into the mycroft.ai interface which has already done most of the heavy lifting for managing a task like this. But there's really no chance of running those models on a raspberry pi unless you have the rpi 9k ultra deluxe version that comes out in 2300
If you use something like https://github.com/hwchase17/langchain it makes it easy to switch in and out different models, and there's even https://github.com/ibleducation/ibl-ai-chatgpt-langchain so you can use it to (unofficially) access ChatGPT via the same API.
