Tabletop Tweaks nerfs a lot of Owlcat's overperforming cheese, like Crane Wing working without an empty offhand and overstacking of AC bonuses in general (e.g., Scaled Fist + Nature's Whispers double-counting CHA). [In some cases, bugs which TTT fixed months earlier eventually got squashed by Owlcat: e.g., Elemental Barrage.] So if one of your goals is a more balanced experience which is closer to RAW, then I do recommend using it.
[The TTT Reworks addon is optional and has homebrew rules which rebalances Mythics. Some abilities are made more powerful while others are nerfed.]
