  • freebsd-src

FreeBSD src tree (read-only mirror) (by Beckhoff)

  • Which for the most part is true, but patches for AMD GPUs and for Intel GVT-d along with this repository which has very rough NVIDIA patches as well. I have had luck with the GVT-d on a crappy laptop and it worked booted fine with the UEFI stage along with Ubuntu and Windows. So progress is being made but it's an effort to get and keep working.

  • vm-bhyve

Shell based, minimal dependency bhyve manager

  • Of what is properly supported, works beautifully and I have to say vm-bhyve is a joy to use. Everything is very cohesive and solid as a whole; I recommend it for servers but for GPU passthrough, only if you like a challenge.
