SaaSHub - Software Alternatives and Reviews. SaaSHub helps you find the best software and product alternatives
Best to just use pass (https://www.passwordstore.org/) with your own gpg key rather than rely on any 3rd party service. Then set up a git repository on a (free) google cloud instance, and you're set to sync your passwords to all your devices.
But who you gonna trust then? It's open source[1] at least, so you can always review it yourself.
But from "paranoid" point of view you can't verify is this is the same code used in app and all of currently available stores lacks in reproducible builds department. So it's always a tradeoff between ease of use and hassle.

Umm, why not?
First, you can use a different app (like aegis) to generate OTPs.
Second, pass has an extension (https://github.com/tadfisher/pass-otp) that can be used to generate OTPs.
I wrote a little tool to sync my passwords on pass with Firefox passwords: https://github.com/NilsIrl/pass-fxa/
