Back In Time is a project born round about the year 2008. A rsync-based backup software with a GUI for Linux. It seems that there is a new team of maintainers reanimating the project with support from the previous maintainer. It looks like it is on a good way.

odfpy is a python package to create OpenDocument files (odt, ods, ...) for LibreOffice (and other format supporting software of course). It is a low level package written in Python very close to XML. The project is nearly dead and need a new maintainer. There is also a need for a more high level API based on odfpy. But before that the original odfpy need be reanimated.
