    Read-only LibreOffice core repo - no pull request (use gerrit instead https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/) - don't download zip, use https://dev-www.libreoffice.org/bundles/ instead (by LibreOffice)

    Personally I use notepad or a literal note pad. But libreoffice (https://www.libreoffice.org/) offers most/all of the functionality of Microfrost word, including saving/editing html documents.
