I've only briefly played with this, but if you're Python and technically-inclined, this tool might work for you: https://github.com/platers/unitunes
If not, I think yt-dlp can work for you as well (again, technically-inclined). There are options to just print out the data in JSON, and not the actual music. Your playlists might have to be public, or you may have to use the --cookies-from-browser options (haven't tested this myself).
