    At my current workplace, we use Tuist. It's a great tool, but there are 20 of us, so it's necessary. In smaller teams (up to 5-7 people) I didn't feel like there were huge problems with .xcodeproj.     Wow this is great timing. I've started doing pomodoro more and was looking for a decent app to use. I settled on https://github.com/ivoronin/TomatoBar for Mac since it's simple and open source. It doesn't have the option to show how many you did in a day which I would like so I'll give the one you shared a try.
