Clean (move or delete) Machine Key files from RSA MachineKeys folder.

Online i found this powershell script that i tried to run; it moved around 250000 files into a subfolder, but after doing that, hyperv gave errors doing any action from hyperv manager, so i put them all back and the problem went away.
