We design a multi-task model for joint disaster classification and victim detection. We train the model using both the Centralized Learning (CL) and Federated Learning (FL) methods. We also tried Active Learning (AL) to see how it could help in reducing the labeling workload for disaster dataset. Lastly, we optimized the model using OpenVINO.

Hello, I am currently working on a project that performs both detection and classification using an MTL model. I am trying to use this approach (https://github.com/yjwong1999/AL-based-FL-for-Multi-Task-Disaster-Detection-Model/blob/main/CL/FYP-YOLOv3.ipynb). However, instead of using YOLOv3, I am using YOLOv7 instead. I also plan to use other classification models aside from MobileNetV3. I am trying to understand the code in the link but I am stuck on how to transition it into YOLOv7. I desperately need help as I have less than 2 week for the project. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
