    With DDR5, you can tell a kit is hynix a-die if its xmp settings are >6600MHz (but I believe it is still possible that you get m-die). Witth DDR4 you have to look at the subtimings. If a kit has tight subtimings like 3200MHz CL14-14-14-34 @ 1.35V or 4000MHz CL19-19-19-39 @ 1.45V then it is guaranteed b-die.
