Im searching for a good MOTD plugin with a wide array of features like the ones AdvancedNmotd has ( https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/advancednmotd-let-your-motd-smile.58677/ ), and pixelMOTD is a good example too ( https://github.com/MrUniverse44/ScaredMOTD ). I mostly need multiple motd support, player count text changing support (as in styling) and a nice gradient support. I cant use ADM because it wont load my server icon and i cant use pixelmotd because it dosent have the playercount styling feature.

i didnt quite get what you want but maybe have a look at this https://github.com/Elytrium/LimboQueue (also requires LimboAPI, if you want 1.20.2 build it yourself from the 1.1.17 branch)
