Thanks for the feedback. PostgREST(which supabase-js uses behind the covers) is mostly used for paginated API responses(and is optimized for this use case). Dumping a full wide table contents has not been a common use case. That being said, we'll look into performance improvements for this(tracking issue at https://github.com/PostgREST/postgrest/issues/2770).
