dot-emacs VS org-pomodoro

I personally prefer to always specify the tangle destination specifically. Normally I set a global tangle destination for the whole file, where the majority (or all) of the blocks should be written, by having something like this at the top of the Org file (this is from my old Emacs init.org file):

I was also an Emacs user for a very long time, and only started using Org mode (relatively) recently. I can heartily recommend it - it has become my almost exclusive use of Emacs. I'm attempting to get org-pomodoro working in doom emacs. The timer works great, however, there is supposed to be an audio cue at the end of the timer that does not seem to be working. I have a feeling that this is connected to doom emacs turning off audible notifications by default. I've checked that the file the pomodoro package is pointing to actually works and I have toggled the ring-bell- function and the org-clock-sound in my config.el after org mode has been loaded. None of these options have worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Org-modules and add-ons: org-pomodoro (just noticed in searching that there's a "plus" version but I haven't tried it), org-inlinetask, org-wc, among others.
