Hello, you could take a look at the Fortinet CSE Github repository : https://github.com/fortinet-solutions-cse/postman_collections Also, when you say the interface is not available in the FortiManager, you mean it is not mapped to a local/real interface or you can't even use it manually ? Did you try to use a get request on the same URL to verify the dynamic interface is really created ?
