Encountered a non-utf8 character
I had the same problem using pushshift zreader class, probably caused by a multibyte sequence split across two chunks of decompressed data.

Minimalism!
Do not delete stuff that you are actually using. Rather, refrain from creating new accounts if you can use something without a login as an alternative, or if you can use your current account for that particular stuff. Only create accounts to services that offer some other meaningful stuff that the others won't offer (like decentralized services such as Mastodon or other Fediverse platforms, or Matrix, or XMPP, whatever less mainstream service you might stumble upon). In order to manage all these accounts, try a password manager like Keepass. You can group all these services' credentials, add an expiry date for passwords, as well as type down any notes regarding your accounts. You can do the same with email addresses.
