Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Better way of going through old notes?
If you excuse the plug, I use a little script I wrote for that purpose: https://github.com/whateverforever/zettelwarmer

How to find related notes to link in a sea of notes ?
On the other hand, if you wanna revisit random zettels, which I think also helps, weighted by since when you saw them last, you can use this tool I wrote (for file based tools like Zettlr): https://github.com/whateverforever/zettelwarmer

Obsidian OSCP Notes Template
To use the native export feature you will need to have it in one file, I've written a script for combining multiple files as well but it's a bit clunky and there's probably better ones out there - https://github.com/Twigonometry/writeup-converter
What are some alternatives?
Obsidian_to_Anki - Script to add flashcards from text/markdown files to Anki
OSCP-Notes-Template - A template Obsidian Vault for storing your OSCP revision notes
zettelcon - Automatic markdown backlinks. Designed with Zettlr in mind.
keep-it-markdown - Convert Google Keep notes dynamically to markdown for Obsidian, Logseq, Joplin and Notion using the unofficial Keep API. Also, import simple markdown notes back into Google Keep.
obsidiantools - Obsidian tools - a Python package for analysing an Obsidian.md vault
yarle - Yarle - The ultimate converter of Evernote notes to Markdown
OnyxNoteRenderer - Tool for rendering note PDFs from Onyx Note backup file.
dayone-to-obsidian - Convert a DayOne JSON export into individual entries for Obsidian
TeXNotes - Zettelkasten or Slip box with notes written in LaTeX
obsankipy - Python program to generate anki cards from obsidian markdown notes
