Monitor your CPU's TDP (essentially the CPU's power consumption) and your temperatures under load with for example zen monitor. The i7-1165G7 in the TUXEDO Book XP14 should work with a TDP of up to 28 watts.

RyzenAdj v0.12.0 is out (to adjust power settings on Ryzen APUs)
Is there a tool like this for Zen 4 desktop CPUs? The RyzenAdj FAQ suggests using the BIOS setup, which obviously doesn't work without rebooting, or ZenStates-Linux, which seems to have stopped development a couple generations ago.
