where are the database of odysee's videos stored ?
lbrynet (https://github.com/lbryio/lbry-sdk) I think is mainly designed to seed your "own" content, but an effort to make it easier to seed others' content is https://github.com/tuxfoo/lbry-seedit

Running the daemon on a different machine than the UI
Not sure if that might be possible but you may run https://github.com/tuxfoo/lbry-seedit It allows you to put name of channels you like and automaticly download and seed content.
