So stable Yuzu takes a bunch of changes in EA yuzu and pushes them all out at once. You can see what's included in each update here - https://github.com/yuzu-emu/yuzu-mainline/releases.

OK everyone thank you all for you comments! I updated to the latest version of Yuzu. After downloading just drag and dropped all files from the new yuzu folder to my current yuzu folder. Then booted up the game and all cloud look great! and the red dot is gone. Game is also running much smoother now at 30 fps. only drops when building shaders :)

yes its about right what i use as well :) honestly the current version 1436 (just incase if you auto update on the mainline and doesnt perform the same) is the smoothest i've experienced yet and my hardware runs less aggressive. but im running and rebuilding shaders as i go but it blows my mind compared to how it looks on switch. i need to port my saves. another stable alternative is ea 3584. but so far everything looking great.

I like to use Yuzu in a portable installation and EZyuzu has been pretty simple to use for that. I lot of the features you have implemented look really good though, and have me interested in trying it out.

It's nice that there are a bunch of different tools out there, my EzYuzu for one.

As title, I've found two of the auto updaters from our community, which is YuzuUpdater (both windows and linux). Another one is EzYuzu, windows only.

https://github.com/amakvana/EzYuzu Can also downgrade if update doesn't work for you. Can switch between mainline and EA versions as well.

Alternatively you can use a program like https://github.com/amakvana/EzYuzu to do it. Just run and point to your yuzu folder, can override to install different versions of mainline or EA. New installations are portable-all-in one folder.

Use a utility like https://github.com/amakvana/EzYuzu to update or downgrade. You run it and point it to the folder where yuzu is installed, and it (usually) will autodetect if you have mainline or EA version, and then update to the latest. You can also use the menu options to override and select a specific version to be installed (like EA 3603, etc.)
