What is a good extension to download youtube videos?
If command line scares you that much, there's plenty of GUIs for yt-dlp like this one or this one and a list of many others here. I've not used any GUIs though so all the safety and whatnot are on you.

Personally, I used to use one of the dlg forks (not sure which one), until I got fed up with it and started developing my own GUI (which I now use exclusively: ytdlp-interface).

Try a GUI interface. I don't know which one works for yt-dlp, as I'm not using Windows, but years ago there were working GUIs for youtube-dl. I would try https://github.com/ErrorFlynn/ytdlp-interface, or something else from this list: https://www.reddit.com/r/youtubedl/wiki/info-guis/
