How do you download EVERYTHING with a YouTube video with youtube-dl?

youtube-dl can't scrape comments if you're interested in those. I once used this, but it appears to be discarded and I doubt it works anymore. I've heard of people getting IP banned for scraping comments, so beware if you want to do that.
