yaru VS Mono-gtk-theme

That's using a camel, but it's not anything like the O'Reilly camel and that in itself is what some people find a bit confusing.

if it was a gtk3 file, then yes, because they differ in structure. if you wanna create your own theme, you can see my source code.

What the other comment said is relevant. But custom themes are possible. This theme - and many others - has instructions on how to do it.

To install the Gtk4 theme move the contents of gtk4.0 from theme folder to ~/.config/gtk4.0
