wine-lol-patched VS buildbot

I'm trying to get a build that works with glibc 2.27 but haven't been able to :/ (GH issue)

Here's an updated Wine build compiled with glibc 2.28 (on Debian 10)

This the build script that ultimately builds the wine binary , which is run in a container. The container is a version of Ubuntu, and wine dependencies from Ubuntu are installed here. During build the linker is instructed to link against the runtime libraries.
