I built a 300, and I can see the bi-metal extrusion warping without gantry backers that seems to be the biggest concern with going larger. (https://github.com/tanaes/whopping_Voron_mods/tree/main/extrusion_backers)

Insufficient heat soaking. As the chamber warms up the frame members deflect from thermal expansion, causing the toolhead to rise. In my experience you need a good hour or so with the doors closed for temperatures to stabilize enough, on a stock build. Putting backers on the Y rail extrusions can mitigate this as well: https://github.com/tanaes/whopping_Voron_mods/tree/main/extrusion_backers

You can either build the stealthburner with cw2 and use your old board https://github.com/MotorDynamicsLab/LDOVoron2/blob/main/STLs/LDOSBCW2MountCover/Stealthburner_CW2_LDOPCB.3mf This needs a couple of printed parts mentioned in the guide

Gertrud started life as an LDO 300 kit purchased from 3dlabtech, and she now has the following mods: Nevermore filter, Klicky probe, a Bondtech LGX extruder, hartk1213’s 2-piece toolhead breakout board, and my remix of a cable cover (inspired by this one: https://github.com/MotorDynamicsLab/LDOVoron2/tree/main/STLs/LDOSBCW2MountCover). My kit came with a semi-defective toolhead PCB, so I replaced it with hartk's (also from 3dlabtech). I also already owned the bigger LGX and wanted to use it, so I had to make more space under the cable cover and poke the fan portion of the breakout board outside of the Stealthburner. (It is secured within the frame, and I may still try to design an extra cover for it. I want to make sure that I can still easily remove the Stealthburner body.) My raspberry pi is in the external enclosure with the touchscreen, because I am also using it for my Ender 3 (sitting beneath the Voron), and because I find that placement easier to read when I’m sitting at the printer. Both it and the webcam will get moved to brackets on another IKEA Skadis pegboard to the left of the printer soon. I'm also getting ready to do the pins mod for the gantry and Rama front idlers, which will mean that most of the functional parts originally printed on my Ender 3 V2 will get upgraded. Although I don't plan to print much more ABS (it gives me massive headaches, even with the Nevermore), the creature to the right will explain why I wanted something with an enclosure. Charlotte very much approves of my 3d-printing obsession. Much quality time with cat was had in the creation of Gertrud.
