I built a 300, and I can see the bi-metal extrusion warping without gantry backers that seems to be the biggest concern with going larger. (https://github.com/tanaes/whopping_Voron_mods/tree/main/extrusion_backers)

Insufficient heat soaking. As the chamber warms up the frame members deflect from thermal expansion, causing the toolhead to rise. In my experience you need a good hour or so with the doors closed for temperatures to stabilize enough, on a stock build. Putting backers on the Y rail extrusions can mitigate this as well: https://github.com/tanaes/whopping_Voron_mods/tree/main/extrusion_backers

I used this github as a guide to get my servo to work on my BTT SKR Mini E3 V3 https://github.com/jlas1/Klicky-Probe/tree/main/Printers/Voron/Switchwire then you have to mess with the pulse width value until it works right, lots of trial and error

I just went through the same build and I just included the klicky files as specified here, edited the variables file and that was it

The official Klicky setup for the Switchwire uses one as well
