Can send files from the command line, but not when started by rofi.
I downloaded Whatsie (Qt Whatsapp Web Client for Linux Desktop) and given it permission to access my home directory. Similarly to this issue, I can't send files when I open the application over a launcher like rofi. Unlike in that issue giving Whatsie access to /home allows me to navigate it by clicking on the paper clip icon, and to select the file I'd like to send.
