How to trade evolve or trade with self on Citra
The first thing you wanna do is download 2 different versions of Citra MMJ (Specifically Citra MMJ), this allowed me to have 2 instances of Citra open at once. Follow the incoming link and download both Citra MMJ, and Citra MMJ-Antutu. These are the first 2 options at the Github page, and they are android-specific APK files. What Citra version is the best for me?
get that instead https://github.com/weihuoya/citra/releases/

I’m quite ok with the RP3+ but a bigger screen would be great for DS and 3DS emulation
I had the same issue too! I found downloading it from this site to be the best. https://github.com/weihuoya/citra/releases

Tomodachi Life ROM
That happened to me too actually are you using the citra app? Because thats the reason it was so laggy for me, i managed to make the game run normally by using citra mmj If you want you can try installing it Just download the latest link and install the app, then try running tomodachi life there

Pimax Portal best working emulator and versions
- Citra (3DS games): I would say skip the Play Store version and go with Citra MMJ or even MMJR versions which have better performance. I usually always use the MMJ versions (which are more stable than MMJR): https://github.com/weihuoya/citra/releases

any good nds emulators?
NooDs - A New Standalone NDS Emulator. Haven't used it yet but so far been hearing good things about it especially from Mr. Sujano over at YouTube. Here's their Github Page.

There's a new Nintendo DS emu - NooDS. It's a bit bare-bones rn but performance is almost equal to DrasticDS on potato phones. And it's free! So if you have a potato phone, and would like to play your games upscaled, check it out
Here's the GitHub with the app and other os platforms apps: https://github.com/Hydr8gon/NooDS/releases/tag/release

NooDS's increased resolution option looks better than DraStic's
Both emulators say that their "high-resolution 3D rendering" option multiplies the resolution by 2, but NooDS, that actually is less aaccurate than DraStic as of now, looks better than DraStic with that option enabled.
- Rokuyon, A new experimental Nintendo 64 Emulator, with zero plugins!

my question gave my intentions clearly that i dont plan to downgrade my OS to 64bit
This guy has to be a troll. He claims that 64-bit Windows is not real Windows and hates OOP without knowing what it is.

DS Emulation in the PS Vita
Try it yourself if you want, but I haven't heard great things as of yet. Honestly, buying the RP2+ for DS games doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Yes, it has a tactile screen, but only one. And you won't get perfect compatibility. Just get a DS Tank, Ds Lite, DSi, or DSi XL along with a $10 flashcart. (The flashcart part isn't even necessary if you opt for a DSi or DSi XL, but it will get you much closer to 100% compatibility.) DSes go for cheap today.
